1、本保险的保险责任以相关保险条款的约定为准。为了保障您自身的权益，请仔细阅读理解保险合同的各项约定，尤其是免除保险人责任的约定。

如果您对包括保险条款在内的合同内容存有任何疑问，您可致电400 888 2008询问保险合同各项规定，如未询问，则视同已经收到保险条款并对合同内容完全理解无异议。

The liability of this insurance shall be subject to the relevant insurance terms and conditions. In order to protect your own interests, please read carefully the terms and conditions of the insurance, enrollment notice, the highlights of insurance liability, special agreements, and exclusions exempting insurer's liability. If you have any questions about the contract of this insurance, including the clauses of this insurance, you can call 400 888 2008 to inquire about the provisions of the wording, if you do not ask, you will be deemed to have received the clauses of this insurance and have no objection to the full understanding of the contents of the contract.

2、本保险由利宝保险有限公司承保，利宝保险有限公司在重庆、北京、浙江、宁波、广东、山东、四川、石家庄、天津、河南、云南、陕西、上海设有分支机构，本保险的销售区域为中国境内，港澳台地区除外。

5、诚信是保险合同的基本原则，如进行保险欺诈活动，保险欺诈者将可能承担刑事责任（最高十年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金或没收财产的刑事处罚）、行政责任（尚不构成犯罪的，将会受到15日以下拘留、5000元以下罚款的行政处罚）和民事责任（保险公司不承担赔偿或给付保险金的责任）。

Integrity is the fundamental principle of the insurance contract. If insurance fraud is committed, the defrauder shall be subject to criminal liability (criminal penalties of up to 10 years' imprisonment and a fine or confiscation of property), administrative liability (administrative penalties of up to 15 days' detention and a fine of up to 5,000 yuan if the fraud does not constitute a crime) and civil liability (the insurance company will not be liable to pay the insurance benefit).
